Lohra Miller is a legal professional in the greater Salt Lake City area. With 20 years of experience in law, Lohra has practiced in the Southwest, or Mountain West region of America. Currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Turning Point Justice in the Greater Salt Lake City Area, Lohra Miller is now focused primarily on alternative justice solutions that foster greater offender accountability for petty crimes while preserving public resources. 

Lohra began her professional career in the early 1990s, which was the start of a powerful decade for women in criminal justice. Her Bachelor of Science in History from Brigham Young University and her Juris Doctorate in Law at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School prepared her to serve her community as a leader in law and justice. Upon her graduation in 1992, Lohra Miller became Assistant City Attorney of the City of West Jordan. She then went on to be a Prosecutor in several different cities until 2006. Throughout her career, Lohra has also been District Attorney at Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, Acting CEO of Kim Brown & Associates, Member of the Professional Republican Women Organization, and Owner of Miller Law Office, P.C.

Lohra Miller’s present day role as CEO of Turning Point Justice is focused on fighting shoplifting with the justice and retail communities through cloud technology and alternative justice solutions. The Turning Point Justice cloud technology benefits retailers by “streamlining shoplifter processing by uniting identification, criminal record and law enforcement databases with GPS tracking while gathering evidence, calculating restitution, and preparing police and civil demand reports.” Turning Point Justice also partners with the National Association for Shoplifting Prevention to offer the Crime Accountability Program. Lohra Miller and Turning Point Justice are committed to developing unique and efficient methods to handling misdemeanor offenders while preserving private and public resources.

Lohra’s experience has helped her cultivate numerous skills across Legal Writing and Research, Trademarks, Public Policy, Family Law, Litigation in many areas, Copyright Law,Constitutional Law, Government, Juvenile Law, Political Consulting and many more. Lohra Miller leverages these skills to improve outcomes for victims of crime in both the private and public sector to foster justice innovation that benefits communities and society.
